Accessing Raspbx Admin Page

1. Open Web Browser.
2. Type Raspbx IP address to the address field then press enter.
3. After the administration page showed up, click the Administration icon and put username : admin , password : admin . Then you’ll logged on to admin page.

Uploading Audio

1. Open Web Browser.
2. Type Raspbx IP address to the address field then press enter.
3. After the administration page showed up, click the Administration icon and put username : admin , password : admin . Then you’ll logged on to admin page.

Making Announcement

1. Click Application tab then select Announcement.
2. Fill the Description column with the announcement description.
3. Choose audio file that has been uploaded in Recording column.
4. Select the Destination after playback to be executed after the announcement done.
5. Click Submit Changes when you’ve done.

Making IVR

1. Click Application tab then choose IVR.
2. Fill the IVR name column and Description column.
3. Select the audio file for IVR on Announcement column.
4. Set the extension number to select the services when the IVR was dialed on IVR
entries column. Then click Submit Changes and Apply config.

Configuring Trunk

1. Click Connectivity tab and select Trunk then click Add Custom Trunk. Fill the Trunk Name with Provider Name.
2. Fill Outbond CallerID column with sim card number.
3. Fill Dialed Number manipulation Rules with NXXNXXXXXX
4. Fill Custom Dial String with dongle/dongle0/$OUTNUM$. Then click Submit Changes and Apply config.

Configuring Inbound Routes

1. Cilck Connectivity tab and select Inbound Routes.
2. Fill the Description column.
3. Fill DID number column with simcard number.
4. Choose first menu that will be executed first time when the number is dialed on Set Destination column. Then Click Submit and Apply Config.

Configuring Outbound Routes

1. Click Connectivity tab and select Outbound Routes.
2. Fill the Route Name.
3. Fill Dial Pattern that use this Route on match pattern column with NXXNXXXXXX
4. On the Trunk Sequence for Matched Routes tab, choose your Trunk on 0 column.
5. Fill Optional Destination on Congestion with IVR then choose IVR name that will executed first. Click Submit Changes and Apply Config.

Making Voice Mail/Voice Record

1. Click Application tab and choose Extension.
2. Click Add Extension then click Submit button.
3. Fill Display Name column.
4. Fill Secret (Password) column with alphanumeric combination.
5. Change status column on Voicemail tab form Disabled to Enabled.
6. Fill Voicemail Password to log in User Control Panel menu then Click Submit.
7. Put the Voicemail to extension number in IVR configuration.
8. Check received voice mail in User Control Panel.
